Remote work for team outside GA

Surprisingly just one IT team member handling entire company application supporting all the domains/modules and outsourcing company give any production support but handles huge projects milking the company. Users are not trained with limited knowledge and each day there are average 60 IT support tickets which is crazy Also, HR is very incompetent and they messed my payroll few times
