Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your positive comments about your great co-workers and the support from your supervisor. It's important to us that our employees feel supported and have a positive working relationship with their colleagues and supervisors. We understand that full-time availability is an important factor for many employees, and we are glad we can provide that opportunity. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by schedule changes without notice and the fluctuations in the point system. We recognize the importance of consistency and predictability in scheduling and will work to improve our communication and notification processes to ensure that any changes are conveyed promptly. We take these concerns seriously regarding your experience with the other supervisor and being assigned tasks outside the job description. Our goal is to provide a fair and respectful work environment for all employees, and we will address these issues with the relevant individuals to ensure a positive experience for everyone. We also understand that competitive pay is essential, and while we may not always be able to match other ABA providers in terms of compensation, we are committed to regularly reviewing our pay structures to remain competitive and provide fair compensation for their work. As for the scheduling department, we understand the frustration and will review our processes to address any inefficiencies and reduce potential headaches. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to continuously improve and provide a positive work experience for all employees

Pros

Coworkers are kind and understand what you are going through.

Cons

Training was only 2 weeks and did not adequately prepare me for what was to come. I communicated to case managers and training coordinator that I didn’t feel prepared and asked for more training but they did absolutely nothing.

We recently updated our new hire training with the dedication of our training team. We improved our training by bringing all components in-house using our own training modules to enhance the employee experience. We ensure that all new hires feel safe and comfortable performing the tasks of working with our clients. Learning a new skill or a set of skills is never easy, but our Treatment Centers offer support from experienced supervisors, and your co-workers are always there to support you, as you mentioned.
