5yI am happy to hear that you learned a lot about ABA, and the experience provided can be translated to future career growth. Every ABA provider struggles with retention, but we are always collecting feedback from our employees for ways to improve. We provide consistent hours, and as other providers may have lost clients, we remain strong in expanding services in the Central Valley. Our new hire training is structured around the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's credentials for RBTs, and we ensure that all RBTs remain competent in their roles for development for career advancement. Lastly, we are not against overtime and provide it when necessary. We want to offer a work-life balance, so we do our best to ensure that the work day does not exceed 8 hours, but if it does, we pay the overtime. We are committed to training our supervisors and growing from the feedback of current and past employees.
