I just wish the minimum work hours were lower so that I can have a better work/ school balance.

Admin/clinical team passionate about helping clients learn and gain new skills. Focused on natural learning opportunities. Trama informed care for clients. Many opportunities for upward movement. When working towards BCBA, great supervision hours and teaching. Great collaboration with other fields.

Cons

Compensation could be a little more competitive.
