      Pros

      Amazing 4 week (paid) training for designers Decent support from management and seasoned designers

      Cons

      Commission is very low when there is no business coming in. Expectation was set high when highered, business does not live up to the expectation. If they paid a salary plus commission this would be a nice design job. Showroom coverage is VERY boring! Health insurance is pretty bad. Not easy to keep a good work/life balance

      Providing custom built furniture grade solution truly designs better lives for the client. The exceptional design expertise, best in class quality products, well trained installers that are employees (not contractors) are just a few reasons this is a great company to work for - its the reason they are the leader in storage solutions.

      Cons

      To be successful in this business it take a unique individual with a unique set of skills. The required product knowledge, combined with project management, sales, contract administration, construction experience, marketing, CAD and Design expertise is not for everyone.

      Freedom with scheduling, great brand/product, no-pressure sales approach, great company values, incredible sales manager and support, not competitive or catty - everyone just wants the customer to be happy

      Cons

      There seems to be a pretty significant lack of quality control, installers are paid on commission (not hourly) which can cause problems if they have to return to job sites, have to work 2 Saturdays every month
