      It is very hard to get fired from California Closets.

      Cons

      The management is in disarray and does not work together for the good of the company, as a result, they create a lot of unnecessary for their employees.

      Pros

      The People (Most Designers and Office staff) once you get to know them. Rewarding experiences working with clients and using up to date CAD software and trends to build custom solutions. If driven, can lead to high sales and a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Have to be willing to work long hours in the beginning which was a hard adjustment. Sales Driven environment which can sometimes lead to high sales months and low sales months, time management is key yet a struggle.
