Great product, poor management/people skills

Great product, good installers, decent pay. As long you don't ask questions and handle all customer complaints yourself you can avoid management.

Cons

Abusive management. No respect for clients shown by management. Designers do not support one another in company meetings. Owners are divorced and personal disagreements are on display daily. Must be available to clients 24/7 by phone and email.

The company is branded well by their corporate office.

Cons

They do not tell you all the conditions up front. After you are hired and in training they charge you a monthly rental fee to use their cad software. You are not reimbursed 100% for travel. Their is no work life balance. Expect to be on call 24/7.
