I had hoped to retire at this company I liked it that much. Been through a LOT of turnover in the past three years. Upper mgmt decided to start hiring temps to fill what they consider lower level positions. They also hired mgrs with no real mgmt experience - who like to stir the pot and create drama. I had almost no issues until this started happening. RUN. And run fast.
