      there is no camaraderie with other employees. virtually no communication from management unless I screw something up. price point is so high and there is lots more competition than there used to be.

      Innovative -On the cutting edge in design of this nature. California Closets as a rule closely follows proprietary rules and guidelines for employee and employer behaviour. Checks and balances - it truly is a lovely place to work.

      Cons

      Pricing is higher than very similar product sold by competitors. It can be difficult to justify this cost to clients. If you perform well there is consistent pressure by management to continue to perform at a high level.
