California Closets is a great product and I'm proud to represent them, corporate needs benefits for franchises.

Pros

They have a great product, in fact the best on the market. The people I work with have the best work ethic, attitude and intelligence of any company I've ever worked for.

Cons

The benefits are not far reaching. If corporate put together a larger policy for all the franchises to sign up under, the employees of all the franchises could afford better policies.

Pros

The closets are beautiful and working in the showrooms you are around them all day. Never have to work overtime.

Cons

Sometimes there isn't a lot of traffic coming into the store so it can get boring if you don't have other work to do.

opporutnity to earn decent money on commission but you need to work a minimum of 60+ hours per week, including weekends

Cons

product is very overpriced - difficult to sell - no territories - had to drive for hours to appointments -no compensation whatsover for fuel costs or vehicle wear and tear - poor company morale - management at this franchise was very misleading about the job
