      Pushing good employees out the door

      Pros

      Overall everyone in the company was very nice and enjoyed my time there. Paid days off, paid sick days, vacation.

      Cons

      Being harassed, bullied, belittled by a stand in manager. Ran out two good employees in a month's time. Management needs to be more pro-active in who they are allowing to run their business and give proper training if continuing with the same supervisors. I am sure she will find her next victim and continue treating people like they are inferior and have it done her way or no way at all. Would have recommended the company as it is a good company to work for. Not worth it to compromise your mental health.

      Learned a lot but poor leadership and unfair policies , ultimately wasted a lot of time

      Pros

      You will learn some basic design elements , the training pay is decent.

      Cons

      There’s no way to exit the company without losing half of your commission (which is your sole income) if you get fired or quit. If it hasn’t been installed🤷🏽‍♀️ poor leadership, you have to wear so many hats and compensation is not worth it. High pressure, being harassed about your sales constantly, no feeling of community, faith in your ability, very high turnover rate, for a reason.

      •Building things from a picture in a couple hours • meeting the clients

      Cons

      •Lack of leadership, training, communication from management •Management will always blame you for mistakes on build plans when you aren't the designer or the person looking over plans before job being produced in the shop • No one will take responsibility in the office. • Very nasty about people not from or born in the US • They don't help you get better at your job. They will just fire you • Not a family friendly company
