Overall a very odd place to be. Odd management style with no clear direction or guidance from management, and things change with little rhyme or reason. Erroneous tasks are added to your plate that have nothing to do with the original job description. Constant turnover of employees and the sense that you are always in an uncomfortable, forced atmosphere. I would highly recommend not joining this company, especially a franchise. Maybe corporate roles are better, but otherwise don’t do it

I was given very little direction or support. IT was a mess. Communication was pretty bad, manager was difficult and unkind. The general attitude in large meetings was snippy, critical, and non-supportive.
