      Pros

      -in just two years I broke through to a 6 figure commission -autonomy and flexibility in the work -every day is different and interesting, you don’t get bored -so much opportunity, I see this as a long term job -great for artistic social people

      Cons

      - you need some savings or second job to get through year one - it’s all commission base so it sounds scary but if you’re good it’s so worth it -some up front costs, paying for your car (a lot of driving) laptop ect -the occasional mean client

      Pros

      This company truly follows it's credo and works hard to treat everyone respectfully and as if they belong. The Core Values are truly lived and demonstrated. Great team atmosphere with healthy debate, collaboration and a supportive environment. Recognition for my years of service and other accomplishments on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Can't think of too many. Wish we had a bit more diversity at the top.
