      Standard hours, great closets

      Pros

      The closets are beautiful and working in the showrooms you are around them all day. Never have to work overtime.

      Cons

      Sometimes there isn't a lot of traffic coming into the store so it can get boring if you don't have other work to do.

      flexibility, i could block off days i need off

      sales manager lies constantly, had to pay for my own gas to go on scheduled appointments, drove all over the metroplex, MANY useless meetings

      Great potential earnings but poor work-life balance

      Pros

      Potential to make a lot of money if your sales are up You work alone, either remotely from home, in coffee shops or in the showroom and everyday is different. The other designers were wonderful and supportive.

      Cons

      Management does not support healthy work life balance/praises burn out. The work ethic and mindset is dated. If you want to work 24/7 and have no boundaries then you’ll do well. Expected to use your personal phone for most of the job and nothing is reimbursed. There is zero diversity on the design team and barely any in the main office.
