      Pros

      I feel some locations represented the company culture well. Good pay. Designers, office staff, and installers went above and beyond call of duty.

      Cons

      Extremely long interview process, I think I had 6 in total? The GM at my location seemed to lack self awareness and people skills. Many unprofessional comments were made about other employees and very high turnover rate. They created a toxic work environment with zero training and support and expected to work 60+ hr work weeks.
