Pros

Incentives are decent. Rewards are good and team members can become your family. Love working for a great group of people.

Cons

Management is a gamble. Not all managers are good. Worked in a few departments and I can say that its all about the way someone handles something. Need more people to know more than one task.

CCU is a growing company with strong ties to local school districts. There are lots of opportunities for growth and plenty to learn for a motivated employee.

Cons

High emphasis on sales and referrals. Extremely competitive sales environment with a high turnover rate for branch staff. Lowered focus on member service and client relationships.
