Pros

California Credit Union is a tight knit company. There are lots of friendly people you get to work with.

Cons

Way understaffed at a few of the branches. Member serv rep pay should be higher based on all the tasks of position.

Pros

As a person who majored in Psychology, i use my ability to use interpersonal, work with customers of varied diversity, communicate effectively , work wit customers of multi level socio-economics. i also am accurate in my daily balancing, use time wisely, and always execute a professional demeanor.

Cons

Wishing the location was more accessible to the public at large. Location not very strategically chosen..
