Pros

The company was very flexible when it came to the pandemic. Allowing almost all employees that do not have to deal with customers face to face to work from home. The company provided the resources to work from home like computers and such.

Cons

The teller side of the business experiences high turnover. But it could be because most of those hired are college kids just working to pay their tuition.

Pros

Mostly left alone to work.

Cons

The attitude of management and those in branches are do anything to prevent a complaint even if it is agent company policy, regulation and/or ethical to do so. Company profits only go to management level bonuses. nothing is spent on employees at the branch level.
