Pros

The company seems to value its members. They had recently gone through a merger which still sort of had a divide between its San Diego region and Los Angeles region. However, it was your traditional credit union experience. Being a Teller wasn't as demanding as it would be at a wall street bank and the management was helpful.

Cons

Pretty strict with enforcing write ups. Training seemed a bit redundant and was probably more exhausting than working at the actual branch itself. The atmosphere feels a bit underdeveloped. They claim that their company values are based on putting the members needs first but a majority of the staff could care less about building a personable experience for the clientele. You see a lot of that in most major financial institutions but for some reason this one lacked a bit of that.
