Pros
Team overall is pretty nice and welcoming. Company is great place to work. (Just look for a different department). Career opportunities in the company overall are a lot
Cons
Management is completely rude and makes you feel like they want to help when at the end of the day they do it for their own benefit. Training is not great either even though management thinks they have the best training ever and don’t even acknowledge when things are going wrong. No growth opportunities and when inquiring about it all you get is vague answers or a condescending answer.
