Good work environment with management who cares about your progression in your career. Flexible schedule along with a state of the art building that you have access to at any time. Great benefits and compensation!

Cons

Sometimes there can be a few people doing a lot of the work, but with time this will mitigate as more and more people are being hired every day

Good benefits, fun work, nice location (but now remote for most), decent salary.

Cons

Chaotic leadership, toxic people and customers, old technology, lack of resources, astronomically large work load, professional development left to internal courses and LinkedIn Learning, no work-life balance at all, company culture consists of management consistently saying: "we are family" (you will begin to roll your eyes the more you hear this).
