Pros
Things have changed since I first started working here. After a lot of turnover they finally gave us salary that is better than the local public utilities and government jobs. When I first started it was a higher starting salary but much slower raises as you progress through career but now they've turned it up a notch the past couple years to be competitive. Onsite gym, nice building, the option to work remote. Much better 401k contributions compared to a lot of private companies. Good amounts of vacation offered. Great place to learn the industry and start a career.
Cons
A lot of work training new employees to get up to speed as well as filling in the roles of those that were turned over.
