Pros

Facility is very impressive. Ample parking. Charging stations for electric vehicles. Stellar Security staff. Efficient on-boarding process. Can't think of much else that would be significant.

Cons

Decisions that should be made by upper management are too often left to lower management, who in turn rely too heavily on the unqualified input of team leads.
