No clear strategy, unrealistic expectations, but compensation is reasonable

Nice working environment and most of the staff are reasonable to work with.

Cons

The senior management have no idea how to achieve their goals, and due to the indemic fear culture pervading the organization, the staff are unwilling to step up and provide honest input, and this has led to a very dysfunctional organization.

Nice environment, Big on diversity, A lot to learn, Many experienced and smart employees to learn from

So much work load, hardly any time to train the new employees which makes learning very frustrating. I see many new employees just floating, trying to understand what is going on. Although the company is big on diversity, some teams have high concentration of a group of people who form a kind of inner team within the team and are not too helpful to others

Cons

Company is rapidly expanding its business and refuses to hire more staff. This results in elimination of valuable long-term employees to keep costs down and enable the company to bring in new tallent. Shows a serious lack of loyalty to skilled and dedicated employees.
