Pros

Extremely engaging and forward thinking company. Looking to ongoing success in the wake of Calix 2.0 and the direction of PLATFORMS that connect the world. Calix is a truly disruptive player in the market.

Cons

Onboarding is not quite as structured as my previous emplyer. You need ot be a self starter to ensure you are fully up to speed as quickly as possible. It was a great fir for me though.

Pros

A very open and collaborative culture. The relationships between product development, sales and marketing is very positive. In my 25+ years in marketing, I have never seen this so high. It's allows us to focus on executing new campaigns in market rather that dealing with internal conflicts. It's inspiring.

Cons

As a fast growing company with big goals, we are still working on finding the right balance between work and education/training to improve our skills. So much opportunity and limited time. But this is clearly on the radar to solve based on our most recent cultural survey.
