Cons
Not much from my side. Some from below; 1. Work-Life Balance: The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to long working hours. 2. Day care Facility : Currently, Calix India does not provide day care facilities. While the hybrid flexible work option is appreciated, some employees feel that having a day care program would be beneficial
