As an Engineering Manager in India, I’ve seen the company steadily growing, even though it’s still relatively small in scale. What truly stands out to me is the open culture and transparency across teams—regardless of the department, people are approachable and collaborative. The hybrid work policy is a major plus, offering the flexibility needed in today’s work environment. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the autonomy we have in our roles. There’s a strong sense of trust, and employees are valued not just for their work, but also for their integrity and the ownership they bring to the table.

Cons

The office is right in the heart of a busy area, which can make the daily commute a bit challenging and tiring at times. With the company growing, it would be great to have more space to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment for everyone.
