Limited Growth Opportunities: The overall growth within the organization is quite slow, with limited visibility into career progression. Unrealistic Expectations: Leadership tends to set false hopes, creating expectations that are rarely aligned with the actual outcomes or organizational direction. Lack of Decision Stability: Frequent changes in decisions lead to confusion and inefficiency, affecting project momentum and team morale. Heavy Dependence on Manager/Projects: Growth and recognition are entirely dependent on the assigned manager and projects, leading to inconsistent employee experiences. Pressure to Work on AI Without Support: Employees are expected to work on AI-related initiatives without adequate training, clear guidelines, or proper consideration of security implications. This creates unnecessary pressure and potential risk.

      Great talk, but actions don't match the slogan

      Pros

      Talented coworkers trying to make a difference. Some teams genuinely care about doing good work. Decent turnkey solution and customer facing story.

      Cons

      The motto "better, better, never best" sounds aspirational. In reality, it's "cheaper, leaner, no rest" Sudden layoffs with little warnings, even for high performers - create a culture of fear and not innovation. Leadership talks culture, but it feels performative - transparency and empathy are sorely lacking. Morale is low and trust is fading fast
