Pros

Overtime and Christmas pay was nice

Cons

Being graded on your call etiquette is the worst. They randomly pick calls you have and grade it. It can be 8 calls in a 2 week period and if you fail you get points against you and having a certain amount of points your fired.

Pros

WFH/Remote setting. You meet different people from around the world that's it.

Cons

Mentally draining and very disorganized management. Incentives are very vague, no job security here. My first time to see a mass layoffs. No tenured employee will help you unless you make a mistake. No one will tell you your break schedule not even a breakschedule tracker. You'll feel sorry for the newbies who just got in to the production because, you will notice their struggle from the channel having a hard time navigating slack and they don't even know the proper channel where to ask help.
