      - Office-wide activities such as Design Conferences and Spark Week enabled staff at all levels and across the globe to work together to develop innovative design solutions

      Cons

      - Lots of workplace politics and power struggles among senior management especially since two companies merged - More Profit-driven than design-driven - Offices in different locations were in constant competition with each other rather than towards a collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach
