      Pros

      Got experience managing a small team, I had to use Chinese as main language when it ya already my 3rd language

      Cons

      The team structure and leadership are very different from one team to another, and when some problems appear they are only left as is, instance some people are very rather allegedly unprofessional and are yet rewarded by promotions where other more focused on doing a good job are not taken as seriously as the first kind of person

      Pros

      Great group of people, excellent pay and benefits. Also interesting projects all over the world. Beautiful offices although the location isn't great (farringdon)

      Cons

      Difficult to move up - management seem to control their little kingdoms and don't like it when you cross market yourself within the business. American company that doesn't totally understand the Central European marketplace Upper management all white men with very few exceptions
