Good company for starting into power industry Good benefits

Cons

Lots of lip service and broken promises. Promotion of unqualified individuals Terrible communication Preach safety unless it comes down to $$ then it becomes "just do it" Budget is over emphasized causing necessary upgrades and projects to fall by the way side. Sometimes you need to spend some money to fix something!

Decent wage and a great entry job into power production.

Cons

Poorly trained managers so don't expect any team development.Lip service to ethics and safety when when they directly conflict with money.The say they promote from within but it is clearly more lip service as they hire from outside.Increasing medical costs and lowering raises...figure it out.
