      -Great Work Life Balance -Loved my team -Benefits -Work Culture

      Cons

      -Depending upon management, your boss may not be as tech savvy as you -New ideas and innovation will be difficult to implement -Public sector vs private sector are apples and oranges, you will need to get used to bureaucracy -Years of services doesn't correlate to expertise. Self awareness can be lacking in my experience from higher up and co-workers

      Pros

      Great if you like to clock in, clock out, and not worry about work. Not really interesting work. Caltrans HQ offices are ancient. Their cafeteria is nice though. Very low stress.

      Cons

      Not challenging or interesting work. Offices are outdated. Poor management.
