Pros

The new CFO started about 6-8 weeks ago, first impressions look like he has a great plan for growing the company! Turning the focus back to customer's as the #1 focus.

Cons

Not much that I can see so far, like every company there are struggles but the struggles seem to be being addressed with multiple teams coming together to solve them.

comfortable work environment, very nice people to work for in the middle management positions and below.

Cons

The culture is very corporate now that management at the top all changed. They could stand to treat their employees with more pay. Many layoffs recently and upper management spending is not transparent

I totally agree with you the people at Caltrol rock. I am sorry to hear that you felt the culture changed and not for the better. We do realize that sometimes the decisions made are not communicated clearly and we are working on improving our process on being more transparent with every level of employee.

Caltrol represents leading technology in all industries, and has many opportunities to grow and advance your career in the company. Excellent benefits, and hard to find retirement advantage with the ESOP program. Everyone is positive and easy to work with. I have been with Caltrol for almost 2 years, and look forward to many years to come.

Cons

Some travel required if that is a problem for you.
