      Pros

      Caltrol is a place where everyone helps everyone. I can set my own schedule and do what I need to do to assist my customers.

      Cons

      There is still a lot of confusion with the changes that are being made by the new CEO. There also seems to be a lack of transparency on some things.

      I love my job

      Pros

      Everyone is so helpful and nice. Whenever I have a question or need some guidance I can always count on someone to be there. Tons of activities like blood drives, fill the back packs drive, company picnics, ect. Just a great community feel here.
