The ESOP culture is really neat and makes you feel like you are a part of something.

Cons

Expected to be "promoted" quickly by getting more and more work without a new title or bump in pay.

Pros

Some great people to work with. Depending location nice areas too.

Cons

Politics just like the other companies. Some of the stuff that management does is just baffling. Very high turnover rate.

I would also encourage you to reach out to your direct supervisor, or perhaps HR to gain some insight to the "baffling" management decisions. Perhaps your opinion and experience can influence some decisions!
