      Pros

      Some great bosses are here with excellent foresight and understanding, a lot of really good people to work with on teams, and excellent benefits

      Cons

      very conservative culture, not good at adapting to change, difficulty communicating strategic vision, sometimes outdated procedures are chosen over unknown solutions

      Pros

      Lots of people working very hard to provide a a solid service. Coworkers are really the reason to stick around.

      Cons

      Every meeting for the last two years starts by addressing lay-off rumors. The current management staff really has a solid vision, but years of slow growth have taken their toll on the climate.

      Pros

      Original strong, grounded belief in the company mission to make a difference for struggling students. Oringinal 'Best of the Best' in interventions, support and partnerships. Currently working to expand space in the educational technology market within the education industry.

      Cons

      Changing directions too many times as a company has left their mission credibility questionable. Some legacy products should be put to bed or built out. Too many costly projects are spreading company resources too thin. Lack of focus on the direction the company needs to go in.
