Little to No communication from senior leadership or direct management. the only increases I have seen have been merit; while others I have spoken to have received increases and adjustments in pay. No work home life balance employees are not valued

No vision for the employees, poor communications, no succession planning, poor training and development of employees and leaders, inconsistent practices, no upper level leadership accountability, mix match placement of leaders i.e. placing leaders over departments where the employees in the department know more than the manager.
