Pros

The bonus structure was decent.

Cons

1. Lack of professional growth. Manager had no intention to help you grow professionally or promote employees. Stayed in the same position for over 3 years. 2. Lack of work diversity. 3. Bully culture in company. 4. Work life balance is horrible. Had to tell team if you need to get up to use the restroom. 5. A lot of people do not do their job (not taking phone calls). Manager was aware of this issue and did nothing. If you were fast/ efficient at your job, you got to do work for other people.

Pros

The CEO knows who you are, values your opinion and is actively engaged in the science. The managment is approachable and very helpful when you ne ed them. Benefits are great especially if you have been there a while but they offer 3 weeks vacation right off the bat. Surrounded by people with many years expierience that are willing and ale to help.

Cons

Have only worked here for a short time and have not encountered anthony negatibo as of yet.
