Pros
they like certain people a lot. annual bonus is pretty good
Cons
Certain members of leadership have, in confidential discussions regarding personnel matters, referred to team members by their race or ethnicity. The volume of communication is also excessive, with employees receiving as many as 1,000 emails per day, many of which are not directly relevant to their responsibilities but are still treated as urgent. Missing even one or two messages can result in criticism or negative consequences.
The company does not offer much flexibility and appears to favor long-standing employees over newer team members, which can make it difficult for newer employees to feel they are being treated fairly. This is particularly noticeable within the OL team, where employees may feel pressured to work beyond their scheduled hours in order to meet expectations.
The work-life balance is poor. Employees regularly spend their personal time responding to work emails, and there is little sense of being able to truly disconnect from work once the workday ends. No opportunity for growth.
