      Low morale workers kept in the dark like mushrooms

      Pros

      Good paid leave provisions carried over from parent company Sempra, 401k matching. However health plans gradually got worse over the years

      Cons

      Single project based company, didn't go so well with prime construction contractor (google CBI articles). Executives would make inexplicable decisions and people who were fired or quit became unmentionable like you were in Stalinist Russia or something
