      great pay, bonuses, vacation, medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits

      Cons

      do not work for Chief E&C Officer. he is rude, mean and absolutely should be illegal for him to work in the US. he is a micro-manager, unfair and just plain mean. you have no work life balance with him. if you're salaried and you work 5 hours he will still expect you to enter 3 hours flex or vacation time if you leave early.
