No Sick time They take vacation time if you need a sick day Forcing employees to work 10 hours EVERYDAY and work over time If someone can’t make it to work on a Sunday which is overtime they get written up and fired ! Bad management Unprofessional managers at the warehouse

Frequent company catered lunch, $100.00 safety bonuses every quarter if no accidents.

Cons

Supervisors are unqualified for their positions for the most part, write ups are frequent for minimal offenses. If you have been there any length of time, your days are numbered because they will replace you with unqualified people they can hire in at cheaper wages. Since change in upper management, company is struggling. Quality and performance have declined significantly.
