Pros

Camfil Farr has an excellent open door policy for ideas for improvements. Most jobs processed for production were custom designed and offered many different challenges.

Cons

Cons would be high expectations with low or little rewards. Constant shifting of responsibilities from one department to another. Minimum training and advancement opportunities.
