Some "legacy" employees can make it frustrating. Work is very demanding, requires strong fortitude. Must fit in corporate culture. Hard to advance unless you grow your own account.

Very Lean / Six Sigma focused. Has a great wellness and safety program. Good benefit and competitive pay. Good company to get your feet wet and then move on

Cons

personal growth- very small office staff. Not advanced in technology. Recently just added barcoding features in the last 3 years.
