Challenging Company, Positive Outlook

Pros

I love working at Campaign Monitor. It's challenging, but I like that I'm always learning new things. I work on a great team and leadership does care about it's employees. There have been a ton of changes, but that's not a surprise since they acquired new companies last fall. Integrations are tough!

Cons

Time zones and global team challenges continue to be an issue. Nothing that a little process can't fix.

Mass Layoffs of Talented People

Pros

Fun culture, lots of food.

Cons

They constantly lay off extremely talented people that they recruit to come work for them. Managers only care about getting ahead and will step on anyone underneath them and fire whoever they have to to get to the top. Unorganized and just a difficult place to learn and grow.
