My colleagues here are genuinely good, collaborative, supportive, and committed to our mutual success. I don't feel like politics comes into the way of being pragmattic and egos don't get in the way of progress. - Our CEO is one of the most authentic leaders I've ever seen leading our size of company (for anyone who has worked places where this isn't the case, you know how important this is for setting the tone for everything else at a company), and I appreciate that the leadership team is approachable/ happy to get on 1:1s and also open to feedback. - Finally, it's been said in a lot of other reviews, but we have a really strong product and market opportunity. It's nice to be at a company where the product actually delivers tangible value to so many customers. I'm also really excited about the AI wave and genuinely believe there's a huge, untapped potential for us to capture if we move quickly and put in the work needed.
