Pros
They are very flexible with home life and time off. They have a friendly atmosphere on most days.
Cons
They take advantage of every employee. If they find out you can do something, it somehow gets added on to your job. They give you a lot of responsibility and NO RAISES and no praises. No room to grow. There are too many BOSSES making it impossible for anyone else to earn any money. and they don't communicate with eachother so you always have conflicting information of what to do. Also, they have no idea how to run things. they always fly by the seat of their pants, and do everything at the last minute. It is a very stressful environment to work in daily.
