      Pros

      Nice showrooms and thanksgiving off

      Cons

      No raises. Period. No promotions. Period. Medical benefits through the roof ( thankfully I didn’t need it ) and your year end bonus is about 100 bucks. They dont value good employees. They make you feel bad. And they are not open to your suggestions. They know it all. It only took a year for me to realize I have to go.

      Pros

      Lack of supervision allows for a very relaxed atmosphere and allows you to be yourself making it easier to sell

      Cons

      Lack of support from the owners is terrible. There's no room for growth. Suggestions are not encouraged. There is no training of any kind and other sales associates are quick to take sales away
