Highly motivated, talented team members across every function that know what good looks like and are working to build it. Revenue growth and investment backing are very strong in an environment where many startups are lacking in both.
Cons
It's truly a startup: there's a lot of ambiguity at times, the pace is faster than even companies that claim to 'move fast' and the bar for execution is high - it's not for everyone. If you're not good at advocating for yourself or navigating a world without a map, you'll find this environment to be extremely challenging - organizational velocity is lagging business velocity in a lot of areas.
